Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

• Custom-designed and personalized jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@louisgjewelry.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

• Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes on return shipments.

• For exchanges, we will process the exchange upon receipt of the original item.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed once the return has been received.
